Description
Wanetta Gibson falsely accused Brian Banks of raping her, putting him in prison for five years and cutting short a promising career in football. She also sued the school they both attended and got a $750,000 settlement. After admitting she fabricated the rape story, she was able to keep the money and never saw any punishement for the crime.
